Help Shape ALIA’s Future Initiatives!

ALIA is conducting an anonymous online survey of Subscribers like you. We want to receive your views on the indemnity program’s current and future offerings, your experiences with ALIA, and what we can do to improve our service to Subscribers. Feedback from ALIA’s 2021 survey led to the introduction of the Universal Cyber Coverage Program, which has now benefited Subscribers for nearly three years.

All survey responses will be kept confidential. We have engaged Thinkwell Research & Strategy, an independent Canadian market research firm, to conduct the survey. The information you provide will be tabulated and analyzed by Thinkwell and then provided to ALIA in anonymous, aggregate form.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. As a token of our appreciation, you’ll have the option to enter a prize draw after completing the survey. Prizes include:

  • $500 credit toward a LESA course of your choice (2 available)
  • $50 coffee gift cards (4 available)
  • Your choice of a variety of ALIA-branded merchandise (10 available)

You can expect to receive the survey link by tomorrow from surveys@thinkwellresearch.ca with the subject line, “ALIA 2025 Subscriber Survey.” Please work with your IT department to ensure surveys@thinkwellresearch.ca is whitelisted, or check your junk folder to ensure it does not get caught there. If you do not receive the survey by December 11th, please contact info@alia.ca.

Thank you for your valuable input.
