Well-Being Community of Practice (CoP) Session
Join Us! Virtual, February 18, 2025 (9:00 to 10:30 a.m.) for our next Community of Practice; in the session, we will be hosting guest speaker Elaina Mack and her colleagues from the Ministry of Children and Family Services.
Elaina will share information on “Story Harvesting.” A collaborative process that opens opportunities to learn and reciprocate learning. The process invites listeners to “harvest” stories and share what they heard, supporting all participants to be connected throughout the experience. On December 4, 2024, Alberta’s government updated several workplace safety rules, including those related to violence and harassment. Some of the new rules also give employers more flexibility in how to meet their health and safety goals. Until March 30, 2025, employers can choose to follow either the new rules or the rules that were in effect before December 4.
