New Report: Staying Put & Reducing the Risk of Homelessness 2024 (Centre for Homelessness Impact) This newly released report evaluates the impact of Staying Put - a scheme that enables young people to remain with their foster carers if both parties agree, from the age of 18 to 21. Premier’s Council on the Status of Persons with Disabilities
It provides to community groups across Alberta to offset the costs of hosting an International Day for Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) event on or around December 3. Local grants of up to $1500 are available, and a virtual provincial grant of up to $3,000 is available.
