Our Coordinator Podcast Interviews
hand_holding_note.jpg

ALL has launched a series of podcast interviews with ALL coordinators. Each participant was asked to discuss their backgrounds, courses they have taught, and why they support ALL. Links to interviews with Christine Johnston, Joe Gonzalez and Mary Joyce can be found on the ALL website capecodall.org or by clicking on the button below:

Additional interviews are planned in the future. If you would like to be interviewed, or have a story or suggestion for upcoming newsletters, please let the ALL office know by sending an email to lifelonglearning@capecod.edu.  Additional information will be in the August newsletter.

Marianne Triplette and the Communications Committee
We want to thank Joan Freedman for moving this project forward and Jean DeVincentis for preparing the interview data for the website. We especially want to thank Christine Johnston, Joe Gonzalez and Mary Joyce for working with Joan to make these delightful conversations a reality.  We hope you will check them out as you think about the courses you consider registering for this Fall.

A Celebration of Ann Corbett's Artwork
August 13th

Ann Corbett was a passionate, longtime supporter of ALL. She was a fine artist and for many years served as Curator of the ALL Art Gallery in the foyer of the ALL office. Over the years she generously solicited other ALL artists to show their work in the gallery. Her presence, and her art, will be deeply missed this year as we return to campus without her.
Ann Corbett's family will present a memorial exhibit and sale of Ann's artwork to benefit the many organizations she supported, including ALL. The event is scheduled on August 13th at the Barnstable Old Selectman's Building, 2335-2367 Meetinghouse Way, West Barnstable. The building is located on the corner of Lombard Avenue and Massachusetts Route 149, a short distance off Route 6A.

The sale will run from 10 a.m. through 6 p.m. There will be a number of lower priced prints, framed giclees, and some originals for sale. Credit cards will be accepted. The family has also arranged for Cousin's Lobster Truck to be on hand for those who would like lunch or dinner.
Enjoy the summer!
See you soon!
