Happy 2014! We are off to a great start and are looking forward to a wonderful year! The teachers and children are excited to be together again and are getting back into the swing of things. This year will be filled with many adventures as we continue to explore the world around us, engage in hands-on activities and make many more memories along the way! Parents are always welcome at ALL-STARS, so let us know if you would like to join in on the fun!

The Monthly Review

Singing Christmas carols, making Christmas crafts and decorating cookies were just a few of our
things during the Christmas season. We hope you enjoyed the keepsake ornament and Christmas "present" from your child. They really enjoyed expressing their creativity and were very excited for you to see what they made, just for you.

The children were very surprised when Santa Claus and his elf knocked on the classroom door! During Santa's visit, each child had the opportunity to tell him what they wanted for Christmas and receive a gift. We enjoyed a wonderful story about the First Christmas and the children performed their favorite Christmas song for Santa and his elf before they left to return to the North Pole. It was definitely a morning to remember!

We hope you enjoyed the  ALL-STARS Christmas Celebration of
Our Favorite Things. If you have any photos of the children performing, please share them on the ALL-STARS Preschool Facebook Page. The children couldn't wait to perform for you and they did an excellent job! If you were unable to join us for this performance, stay tuned for our Graduation Celebration in June as we will be showcasing all of the children once again.
A big thank you to the generous ALL-STARS
families who donated items to Community Sharing during the holiday season. Your donations helped to provide items to families in need within our community.
Thank you
also for the thoughtful gifts given to teachers and staff.
