Congratulations to our Partner in Ireland Liam Cassidy for the publication of his book "Make your factory Great and keep it that way!"

Liam earned the title of "factory fixer" when in the late 90's he saved the struggling Iowa City Oral-B toothbrush factory from closure and within two years transformed it into a best-in-class competitive operation which became a famous case study of the Lean Enterprise Institute.

In his book, Liam takes us on a world tour of many more of his success stories and shares valuable insights on how to communicate, inspire and involve employers and employees on a successful transformative journey.
