HELLO EVERYONE

This week I am very happy to share the results from Amanda Clayton's course at Moor Hall Studio. What a fabulous 3 days the students had with Mandy at the helm. Her teaching methods and strategies should really not be missed and with that in mind please make a note of her dates here again next year. 3/4/5 July 2026.

I shall alert you when it goes live on my website.

AN ON-LINE COURSE

William Scott is another one of my favourite artists who gained notoriety in the 1950's with his abstract paintings of still-lifes in which he reduced his subject matter to their bear bones. He valued the importance of 'space' in his compositions and it is these elements that we shall explore in paper, cloth and stitch.
