EXHIBITOR NEWSLETTER | VOLUME 2

Thank you for exhibiting at the 2024 Annual Meat Conference! This newsletter includes important information to help you plan your booth, increase booth traffic and engagement, and get the most out of your participation.

Exhibitor Service Kit Now Available!

All the information you need to start planning is now available, and we've created some new tools to help make it easier! Find the information you need, in the format that works best for you.

Food Sampling

All exhibitors from meat or poultry processing companies are required to serve product samples during exhibit hours, and all other companies are welcome to do so as well. Review food sampling, shipping, storage and delivery procedures right away, which includes what you are permitted to do in your booth, ordering information, required forms and more. The required food sampling forms are coming soon and must be submitted to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel by February 14.

Manage Your Online Directory Listing and More

The Online Directory is THE place attendees go to see who is exhibiting and learn more about their products and services. Log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard to:

  • Update your company profile for the website and mobile app
  • Upload the required Certificate of Insurance
  • Pay for Exhibit Space
  • Find hotel information and make reservations

Primary contacts have access to the Exhibitor Dashboard and will set up a password the first time logging in. If you are having trouble logging in, contact Erin Harrison at [email protected]. If you need other team members to have access, you may add them once you are logged into the Dashboard.

Scam Alert!

FMI/Meat Institute has received several reports of third-party hotel scammers targeting our exhibitors and attendees. These hotel booking scammers have no affiliation with FMI, Meat Institute, or the Annual Meat Conference. Any company requiring full prepayment should be viewed with extreme suspicion. If you are solicited by any group other than FMI/Meat Institute or the Gaylord Nashville in Nashville, TN, for AMC, please contact [email protected].
