Thank you for exhibiting at the 2025 Annual Meat Conference! This is the first in a series of exhibitor newsletters to update you on important information designed to help you increase booth traffic and engagement, and get the most out of your participation. 

What's Included in Your Booth

• Two (2) Full Conference registrations per exhibiting company to use for Retail Customers

• Access to a list of Media attending

Standard Inline Booth (10' deep by any width) Package includes:

• 8' High Backwall Drape Color: Black
• 3' High Sidewalls Drape Color: Black
• One (1) 6' Black Skirted Table
• Two (2) Black Plastic Contour Chairs
• One (1) Wastebasket
• One (1) 17" x 11" Booth ID Sign

*Material handling, labor, furniture rental for islands, and all other vendor services are not included.  

**The exhibit hall has existing hotel carpet. Exhibitors can purchase floor coverings directly from GES. Please be aware that the exhibiting company shall be solely responsible for any damage to the carpet or flooring arising from cooking activities conducted within the booth. This includes, but is not limited to, stains, burns, or any other forms of damage that result from spills, heat, or other cooking-related incidents. In the event of damage, the exhibiting company shall be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of the carpet or flooring, as determined by the event facility. 

Manage Your Online Directory Listing and More on the Exhibitor Dashboard

The Online Directory is THE place attendees go to see who is exhibiting and learn more about their products and services. Log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard to:

• Pay for your Exhibit Space and download your invoice 
• Access the Exhibitor Service Kit (available in early December) 
• Update your company profile for the website and mobile app 

The Primary Contact will receive an email this week to access the Exhibitor Dashboard and will create their own password. For any Exhibitor Dashboard access issues, please contact help@mapyourshow.com. If other team members need to have access, the primary contact may add them once logged in by clicking on “Users” from the menu on the left-hand side of the page. 

Complimentary Exhibitor Badges

Exhibitor registration is open!

Registrations included with your booth are: 

• Two (2) Full Conference and (1) Exhibit Hall Only badge per 10’ x 12’ / 120 square feet of space 
• Two (2) Full Conference registrations per exhibiting company to use for Retail Customers 

Your next step is to register your booth personnel for exhibitor badges. You will not be able to access the exhibit hall and/or sessions without a badge.

Please reference the registration email sent to the primary contact from FMI register@fmi.org with your allotments and instructions to register for your complimentary badges. If you need to register additional badges over and above your complimentary allotment, you or your team members can register online. Register by January 22, 2025, for the Early Bird Rate. If you have any registration questions or need assistance registering, please contact register@fmi.org. 

Exhibitor Service Kit

The Exhibitor Service Kit will be available in early December and includes all the information you’ll need to order booth services, plan for food sampling, shipping information, and more.

Housing

AMC exhibitors may book their hotel reservations at the World Center Marriott at a discounted nightly rate of $239 USD, plus $47 USD resort fee. You can book 2 rooms at a time online. To book more than 2 rooms, email events@meatinstitute.org to set up a group or if you have any questions. 

Reserve by March 3, 2025. 

We expect the hotel to sell out before the cut-off date. Be sure to register early to secure your hotel reservations. 

SCAM ALERT!

FMI/Meat Institute has received several reports of third-party hotel scammers targeting our exhibitors and attendees. These hotel booking scammers have no affiliation with FMI, the Meat Institute, or the Annual Meat Conference. Any company requiring full prepayment should be viewed with extreme suspicion. If you are solicited by any group other than FMI/Meat Institute or the World Center Marriott in Orlando, FL, for AMC, please contact events@meatinstitute.org.

Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms are available to rent during AMC. As you consider your meeting room needs, please note that they may not be booked during the Welcome Reception on Monday, March 24, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm, or during exhibit hall hours on Tuesday, March 25, 12:30 pm – 5:00 pm.
