Sponsorship Opportunities Now Available


Review Sponsorship Opportunities to identify what best supports your goals. Log in to your Exhibitor Dashboard and select the "Click Here to Purchase" button under the AMC 2025 Sponsorship Opportunities section to apply. Note: If you have not yet accessed the Dashboard, the first time you enter your email address, you will receive an email with a link to set your password.


Opportunities are available first-come, first-served, based on the date and time your order is received with payment. You may pay by credit card or request an invoice to pay by check or wire transfer. Liability Insurance – Updates for 2025


Liability insurance is required to be part of the Annual Meat Conference, and the Meat Institute is providing it, at no additional charge, for each exhibitor to save you time and money. A copy of the certificate of insurance will be emailed to each exhibitor by Rainprotection. Catering requires additional liability insurance coverage for food sampling and exhibitors are required to source and provide that insurance on their own. Exhibitors may purchase food sampling insurance through Rainprotection or another provider. 

Food Sampling Requirements


All meat or poultry processing companies exhibiting at AMC MUST serve samples of their product during exhibit hours. Seasoning, ingredient, and/or technology Exhibitors do not have to serve food, however, are welcome to. The World Center Marriott is the official and exclusive caterer for the event. Review food sampling, shipping, storage and delivery procedures right away, which includes what you are permitted to do in your booth, ordering information, required forms and more. The Fire Marshal will be onsite at the show and requires all companies cooking in their booth to follow regulations and submit the Cooking In-Booth Notification form. The required food sampling forms must be submitted to the World Center Marriott by February 14, 2025.  

Manage Your Online Directory Listing and More on the Exhibitor Dashboard


The Online Directory is THE place attendees go to see who is exhibiting and learn more about their products and services. Log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard to:


  • Update your company profile for the website and mobile app 
  • Pay for your Exhibit Space and download your invoice 
  • Purchase Sponsorships
  • Access the Exhibitor Service Kit 

 

Primary Contacts have access to the Exhibitor Dashboard and will create their own password. For any Exhibitor Dashboard access issues, please contact help@mapyourshow.com. If other team members need to have access, the primary contact may add them once logged in by clicking on “Users” from the menu on the left-hand side of the page. 

Housing


Attendance is very strong this year and some nights may be sold out at the World Center Marriott.  

 

World Center Marriott Room Block Reservations 

The AMC rate is $239 USD plus $35 USD resort fee per night. 

Please note you can book 2 rooms at a time online through March 3.

SCAM ALERT!

FMI/Meat Institute has received several reports of third-party hotel scammers targeting our exhibitors and attendees. These hotel booking scammers have no affiliation with FMI, the Meat Institute, or the Annual Meat Conference. Any company requiring full prepayment should be viewed with extreme suspicion. If you are solicited by any group other than FMI/Meat Institute or the World Center Marriott in Orlando, FL, for AMC, please contact events@meatinstitute.org.

Meeting Rooms


Meeting rooms are available to rent during AMC. As you consider your meeting room needs, please note that they may not be booked during the Welcome Reception on Monday, March 24, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm, or during exhibit hall hours on Tuesday, March 25, 12:30 pm – 5:00 pm. Contact Angela Halverson at Angela.Halverson@marriott.com or Angelix Torres at Angelix.Torres@marriott.com to reserve meeting room space.
