AMI Welcomes

Sonal Singh

AMI is pleased to welcome Sonal Singh to our team as Senior Manager, Quality Assurance and Food Safety. Sonal has a Bachelors Degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition and is currently working on her Masters in Food Safety. We understand the importance of Food Safety and feel our diversifying business warrants having someone educated and experienced to focus full time on our programs. First and foremost, Sonal will be responsible for timely correspondence between our suppliers and airlines for required food safety information including response to any alleged incidents.

Sonal joins us from her most recent position as Quality Control Manager at a beverage packer and also has manufacturing experience with companies such as Ken’s Foods, Snyder’s, Tyson and has also worked as a third party auditor. Sonal’s diverse industry experience makes her uniquely qualified to support AMI, our suppliers and customers to be sure we are providing a quality, safe product.
