The final Program Guide for the 2022 AMS-SEM-SMT Joint Annual Meeting has been published! It has everything you need to know to get the most out of this year's Annual Meeting. It lists featured sessions, social and networking events, performances, exhibitors and more! (The Program Guide is available as a searchable, printable PDF.) You can also access the program using our searchable online program or meeting app!

Presenter handouts that have been uploaded are available to all conference attendees via the searchable online program and the mobile app. Just find the session or presentation in either of these resources and the handouts will appear as links at the bottom of the session or presentation listing.

Onsite Registration: What To Do & Expect

COVID-19 Policy Compliance

All attendees must comply with the COVID-19 policy. If you have not done so, upload your vaccine card or first test result now. If verifying vaccination status onsite, allow 30-40 minutes to do this and pick up a badge.

Onsite Undergrad Registration

Undergrads may register for free onsite. To do so, they must complete an onsite registration form, show a valid student ID and verify vaccination status. Allow 30-40 minutes to do this and get a badge printed.

Partner Attendance & One-Day Registration

Spouses/partners may attend their significant other's presentation without registration. All others attending conference events must register. One-day registration rates are available.
