The preliminary, searchable program for the 2020 AMS Annual Meeting is now available! With hundreds of paper presentations, lectures, workshops, performances, and networking events, the program has something for everyone. View the program now. AMS annual meeting presenters or speakers must register by 8 October and upload their video presentations by 15 October. All poster and paper presenters will be expected to upload a video presentation by 15 October. For more on creating and uploading your presentation, see our presenter guidelines.
NOTE: As a rule, the only live events (i.e., not pre-recorded) at the 2020 AMS Annual Meeting will be workshops, receptions, the AMS Business Meeting, and the Q&A sessions that appear on the conference program. If you are a conference participant and you are unsure whether you need to prepare a video for upload (or if your plans change and you cannot present) contact us.

Early registration for the 2020 Annual Meeting ends soon! For the cheapest rates, register no later than 1 October. To attend both AMS and SMT sessions, select "SMT Add-on" when registering. For more info, see our registration guides (below) or consult our meeting FAQs.

Call for Chair Volunteers |
We are calling for volunteers to serve as annual meeting session chairs. So, volunteer now! You must be an AMS member to serve. (Current undergrad or grad students are not eligible.) Chair slots are limited, so please be aware that not all volunteers may receive an assignment. Deadline: 28 September.

Study Group and Committee Chairs are strongly urged to review the preliminary program and email the office with any updates to their sessions, including name, title, affiliation, or abstract, by 24 September. This will help ensure sessions are properly listed in the final program.

Be an annual meeting volunteer! In exchange for six hours of service, volunteers receive a registration fee waiver for both AMS and SMT. (Must be logged in and a current AMS member to access the application form.)
