Thank you for purchasing tickets for An Evening with Walker Hayes - Songs & Stories, a one of a kind acoustic performance this Friday evening, December 16th.
Don’t miss a minute of the show! Please allow plenty of time for arrival and parking. Doors open at 6:00 PM and Walker Haye's acoustic performance will begin at 7:30 PM. Please plan to enter the facility at the lobby located at the south end of the arena or the lobby located on the west side of the facility facing Adams Street.
Drop off may be done in the front loop drive along Adams Street. Disabled permit parking is available in the main/south lot immediately south of the building.

If you are using exit ramp 74, there is heavy road construction on Main Street between I-75 and Hobart Arena. If you are traveling from I-75 South, we suggest possibly using exit 69 and traveling through our downtown via County Road 25A. We suggest entering the orange parking lot by using Staunton Road and/or using the green or blue parking lots.
Either way, It would be best to plan to arrive when the doors open beginning at 6:00pm. We are expecting a full house and there will be traffic delays.
We highly encourage patrons to arrive a couple of hours in advance and visit our downtown businesses before the event, if you are able to. Our downtown area is walk-able from our parking lots. For a list of restaurants and shops downtown, please visit https://troymainstreet.org/
All bags are subject to search. No Professional Cameras with lenses, flash photography or Audio or Video Recording Devices of any type are permitted.
A No Re-Entry policy is in effect for all events.
There is no carry in food or beverage permitted.
There are no required COVID protocols for entry.
If your tickets are at "Will Call" you may pick them up today thru Thursday 8am-5pm and on Friday 8am - showtime. "Will Call" is located at the ticket office at the south end of the building by the main parking lot.
If you purchased a VIP Ticket "add on", you should be receiving an email directly from the VIP Company prior to the show with your VIP information.
If you selected "Print at Home" delivery, your tickets should be emailed to you this evening from Etix. We strongly encourage printing the tickets prior to arriving to the venue. If you cannot print tickets, you can use your mobile device for our staff to scan the tickets. We strongly encourage anyone using their mobile device to pull up their tickets on their phone prior to entering the venue (Public Wi-Fi may have limited capacities). If you are using your mobile device, we ask to make sure your screen brightness is turned all the way up and that all members of your party are with you when you enter the facility. If you do not have your tickets yet and are unsure of the delivery method you selected, please call 937-339-2911 for assistance in locating your tickets. Office hours to speak to a staff member over the phone are Weekdays 8am to 5pm.
