ANAC submits comments on Medicare Part D
ANAC recently submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare on the Trump Administration's proposed change to the classification of HIV medications. The proposal is to remove HIV medications from a "protected class," meaning that insurers would be able to restrict or have onerous requirements for access. We are grateful to the ANAC members who participated with us in the January 25 call to action opposing this rule change.
