ANAC seeks to identify emerging leaders to help shape the future of our organization through participation on the board of directors and nomination committee. Are you or do you know someone who is energetic, forward-thinking and committed to promoting the health and welfare of people living with HIV? Consider nominating yourself or a colleague!
We are specifically seeking candidates with the following skills:
- Financial acumen
- Development and fundraising experience
- Member and chapter engagement
- Board of directors: treasurer and three directors-at-large
- Nominating committee: three members
The deadline for nominations is April 14.
Please note the following requirements for nomination:
1.
Treasurer and directors-at-large nominees can be active, discounted or partner members of ANAC who have
served at least two years on an ANAC committee, task force, editorial board, interest group, and/or as a voting member of a local chapter board of directors.
2.
Nominating committee
is open to active, discounted or partner ANAC members who have been voting members of ANAC at the national level for two years immediately prior to nomination.
As a reminder, ANAC prioritizes diversity in all forms. ANAC's board should represent the depth and scope of our membership, and ANAC promotes the inclusion of members with diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives in our leadership structure.
