Bucher Meeting House Celebrates 150th Anniversary

Join the Celebration on September 10

This event is a great opportunity to renew old acquaintances, make some new friends and participate in the acapella worship of earlier times.

The meeting house is located at 376 Schaeffer Road, Lebanon, PA. The Meeting House and grounds will be open from 2-5pm and members of the Bucher Meeting House Committee will be on hand to greet and answer any questions.

Janice Longenecker Holsinger and Bob Kettering will lead an acapella hymn sing at 3pm. This time is correct and has been reported incorrectly in previous communications as well as CoB Newsline. Two granddaughters of former Midway ministers will be on hand to share memories of these services.

Priesthood of all Believers

3-part Zoom series – Mondays: September 11, 18 & 25, 2023, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM; have you ever heard the phrase "priesthood of all believers" or seen the phrase "Ministers: All members of the congregation" in a bulletin and wondered what it meant? We will spend three sessions unpacking the theological, historical, and practical implications of the priesthood of all believers and discuss its relevance for participants' current ministry settings.

Registration is free but required. Donations welcome. CEUs (.15) are available for $10.00 per session.
