FEATURE:
2021 Diversity & Inclusion Summit Tacoma Convention Center | 7/22
Join us for our 5th annual Diversity and Inclusion Summit, Blueprint to Implementation. This in-person conference will be at the Tacoma Convention Center on Thursday, July 22nd from 1-4:30pm followed by a social and networking hour after. This summit is an opportunity for professional organizations to learn how to diversify their workforce, while also preparing their work place to retain employees.

As we continue to see a growth in our infrastructure, construction careers are a critical component to providing increased economic opportunities to all communities, with the expectations and responsibility of productivity, sustainability, continuity and jobsite culture. In addition to organizational regulations, it is imperative to implement a holistic approach to inclusive workplaces and be outfitted with the resources to address that.

We are excited to be able to bring to you speakers and a panel discussion that will facilitate these needed conversations to take back to your organizations to create a safe work place for all.
