Brett returns to Kemper with significant industry knowledge, having most recently served as CEO of Schöck North America, a prominent manufacturer of structural thermal breaks. Prior to that, he held various leadership positions, including Director of Strategic Initiatives and General Manager at Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies, a provider of building envelope solutions for commercial and residential construction.
