Ronda Fawber Named Chairman of the PNGAS Board of Directors
Chad Rettew Named PNGAS Executive Director
With the promotion of Kathleen Fabrizi in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, two longtime PNGAS board members and volunteers have been named the new leaders of PNGAS. Chad Rettew is the new PNGAS Executive Director and Ronda Fawber is the new Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The PNGAS Board of Directors congratulated Kathleen Fabrizi on her Guard promotion, and thanked her for long list of accomplishments as Executive Director.
Under Kathy's leadership, PNGAS established the PNGAS Guard Friendly School programs, achieved a strong record of legislative victories, including passage of the historic Military Family Education Program (MFEP), and strengthened PNGAS finances. W
Chad Rettew has a strong track record leading NGAPA, and Chad sits on the board of directors of the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States. He brings experience, a passion for results, and fiscal discipline to the Executive Director position.
Ronda Fawber brings her unstoppable, can-do attitude to the Chairman Position. A longtime board member, Ronda has a wealth of connections and energy to help lead PNGAS to the next levels of excellence.
Both leaders emphasized their commitment to Guard members, veterans, spouses and families. They want to increase membership, participation, and PNGAS revenues while making sure they help advance the Pennsylvania National Guard. They also commented on their desire to make sure the soldiers and airmen have the very best equipment, resources, training and support. www.PNGAS.org

The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at the University of Pennsylvania
The Cohen Clinic provides no-cost high quality mental health care for veterans, active duty, and family members across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. The clinic is independent, private, and all services are confidential.
We serve veterans regardless of discharge status, including those from the National Guard and Reserve.
We provide evidence-based treatments over 12-16 weeks to treat depression, anxiety, insomnia and sleep problems, relationship challenges, and more. As a trauma recovery clinic, our therapists are trained in the leading treatments for PTSD, military sexual trauma (MST), and moral injury.
We offer services for adults, children, couples, and families. Services are available in person and via telehealth. Telehealth allows veterans across Pennsylvania to access Penn Medicine's world-class behavioral health care at the Cohen Clinic.
