Baltimore, MD (May 2, 2024) - Combined Properties is excited to announce the signing of Burlington at Forty West Plaza on US Route 40 in Baltimore, MD. The national department store chain will occupy 28,000 SF in the center, the former Office Depot space. Burlington joins an impressive array of cotenants, including Aldi, PetSmart, St. Agnes Medical Center, Regency Furniture, and Dollar Tree. With this deal, the center is 100% leased.
