IPATH has been actively engaged in collaborative marketing efforts with local organizations to boost attendance alongside our esteemed international delegation. However, in the past month, we have received numerous requests from our dedicated scientific abstract presenters to withdraw their submissions, primarily due to travel restrictions imposed by their sponsoring institutions. These restrictions stem from current US immigration policies, compounded by funding cuts and significant delays and challenges in securing travel Visa appointments, leading to a regrettable impact on our Annual Meeting's scientific program and in-person participation. While these unforeseen circumstances are beyond IPATH’s control, we remain steadfast in our commitment to our members, conference attendees, abstract presenters and the spirit of collaboration that defines our community. Consequently, the IPATH Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to cancel the IN-PERSON conference, and transition to a VIRTUAL event.

Get ready for the VIRTUAL IPATH 2025 ANNUAL MEETING, where you can dive into all the fantastic abstract sessions and much more from the comfort of your own home or office! Mark your calendars for the PRE-CONFERENCE practice workshops on Tuesday, June 17, an incredible opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in a collaborative environment. Participating virtually means significant cost savings—no travel expenses or time commitments to worry about! While all sessions will be recorded for your convenience, we truly hope you’ll join us LIVE to engage with presenters and fellow attendees, fostering a vibrant community of collaboration and support. By attending this meeting, you're becoming part of a leading organization committed to advancing health outcomes through innovative transport initiatives, and your participation is vital! So, let’s make it an inspiring and uplifting event together!
