Homecoming Week Schedule

Friday, January 5
Middle School Students are invited to kick off a week of Homecoming Activities
2024 Homecoming Middle School Dance
January 5,
7:00-9:00 p.m.
St. Luke Ministry Center Gym
"25 Years of Lion Pride"
Dress in your favorite SLS Spirit shirt and your choice of bottoms (jeans to sequins!)
Tickets may be purchased in the Middle School in advance or at the door for $10
Saturday, January 6
Homecoming Cheer Clinic and Cheer/Dance Mini-Camp


Session 1: Cheer Clinic for girls in grades 4-8

New for 2024, the first session is designed for girls in grades 4 through 8. Led by CSU cheerleaders, the girls will receive instruction and practice on tumbling, jumps, and additional cheer skills.
Girls in grades 4-8 are invited to participate!
Saturday, January 6th from 8:30-11:00.
Clinic Registration fee is $30

Session 2: Cheer/Dance Mini-Camp for girls in grades Jr-Kindergarten-3rd

Campers will have fun with their friends learning a variety of cheers, jumps, and dances from guest instructors, assisted by the 2023-2024 SLS Cheer Team and the 2023-2024 Lionettes.
All Mini-camp participants will be invited to perform their camp routine during:
Homecoming Week Basketball Monday, January 8th
Homecoming Pep Rally, Thursday, January 11th
Saturday, January 6th from 1:00-5:00.
Mini-Camp Registration fee is $45
Session two Mini-Camp registration fee includes the camp, snacks, and a 2024 Mini-Camp t-shirt!

SL Home Boys' Basketball 4:00 and 5:00 p.m.
Cheer & Dance Campers perform at halftime of the games.
Tuesday, January 9

Show St. Luke team spirit by dressing in all RED today! Wigs, red shoes and hats are great. No face paint or hair dye please!
SLS HOME Basketball vs. Wynnbrook
Lady Lions 4:00 pm / Boys' 5:00 pm
Wednesday, January 10
"Timeless Glamour" Day
Bring your GLAM and show that SLS Spirit is timeless. We will celebrate
25 years of SLS with a special dessert treat at luncch.
Thursday, January 12
"Show Your St. Luke Spirit" Day
Wear a 2024 SL Homecoming Shirt and/or spirit wear with jeans or uniform bottoms!
There will be a Homecoming Pep Rally at 2 pm.
Cheer and Dance Campers will perform at the Pep Rally.

Alumni Recognition - half-time of Boys' Game

Remember:
  • Jeans or uniform bottoms are acceptable each day.
  • Uniform or closed-toe athletic shoes are acceptable.
  • If students choose not to participate in dress-up days, they are required to wear a regular school uniform.
  • All clothing should follow the dress code regulation lengths.
  • Leggings may be worn under a skirt, skort, or finger-tip length tunic top.
  • No face paint or hair dye for "Red Out" Day.
