ANNUAL TREE TRIMMIING NOTICE

PWLC II has begun its annual, contractual tree-trimming work. This trimming cycle includes:

• All canopy trees
• Citrus trees
• Queen palms 15 feet or taller

· Trimming will begin on Southern Hills (Stadium side) and continue through all the RES I streets on Stadium.

· The crew will then move to Palmer, starting on Oak Hill and concluding on Riviera.

· The tree-trimming crew will be on site Monday through Friday (weather permitting) for approximately two months.

· To allow the work to proceed efficiently and systematically, homeowners are asked to refrain from submitting individual tree-trimming work orders during this period, unless there is:

• A tree encroaching on a roof, or
• A life/safety-related concern

· All applicable trees will be addressed as the crew progresses through the community from Southern Hills west to Riviera.

· Please note: This trimming cycle does not include Washingtonia robusta or Washingtonia filifera palms, which are scheduled to be trimmed in a separate cycle in several months.
