Parents,
Participation in the Antonian College Preparatory High School Athletic Department can be a very rewarding experience. As in any education-based program, our student-athletes have the opportunity to learn life lessons through their athletic endeavors.
Characteristics such as dedication, teamwork, integrity, and self-esteem may all be enhanced as our young people represent themselves, their families, and the school community here at Antonian. In addition, our student-athletes demonstrate respect for the sport(s) they play and the people associated with each sport (teammates, coaches, opponents, officials, and the school community). Sportsmanship and integrity are the cornerstones of success in Antonian athletics.
Feel free to call the Athletic Office at 210-344-9265 ext.123 for any information regarding our athletic programs or visit our website at www.antonian.com and click on the tab “Athletics.”

The Antonian Athletic Department will relaunch an online ticket sales system for all Antonian home games, including football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, track & field, softball, and baseball.
Tickets to an Antonian athletic event must be purchased online. Therefore, cash will not be accepted at the gate. Instead, a QR code will be posted at the entry gates for spectators to buy an online ticket, or spectators may purchase in advance.
To purchase tickets to all home games, users can go to https://bit.ly/3ACEubi and click on an event to begin their order. You can then print those tickets at home or use the e-ticket option.

As we prepare for the 2021-2022 school year, we continue to find new ways to better serve you. As a result, Antonian will continue to use Rank One Sport to manage and obtain the required information for all of our athletes. This ensures that we have all of your child’s contact and health information stored correctly and safely. We ask that every athlete (regardless if you have turned in a hard copy) registers their information (name, current address, insurance, emergency contact, medical history, and physical) as requested before the start of their participation with any Antonian team (athletics, band, dance, and cheer). To enter your information, visit https://sanantonioantonian.rankonesport.com/New/NewInstructionsPage.aspx.
Listed below are detailed instructions to help you properly register your child’s information. Please note that each athlete must have received clearance from a physician to participate, so having his or her physical on file is a must. Please upload your child’s physical to Rank One. If you attended Antonian’s Physical Day in May 2021, your child’s physical will be uploaded to Rank One. Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact Pelagio Halaba, Athletic Trainer, at phalaba@antonian.org.
How To Create Your Account:
You will need to enter your child's birthdate (MM/DD/YYYY) to link with their account. Once you have linked to your child’s account, please continue to "Start Forms."
Initially, you will see that your child(ren) will be out of compliance. Click the grey "VIEW" box next to your child's name to complete the required forms. Only complete the section that reads "Electronic documents to be submitted by the parent." As noted above, please UPLOAD your child’s physical to Rank One if you did not attend Antonian’s Physical Day in May 2021.

We have made some much-needed adjustments to the booster portal. In short, the head coach will coordinate all the fundraising through the team trust account, and all parent booster fundraising will be done solely through membership. To make sure the Parent Booster has enough money to operate and sustain the "spirit" and banquet needs, we have made the following adjustments. If you have any questions, please reach out to Devlyn Lovell, Athletic Director, at dlovell@antonian.org.
- A minimum of $25 Booster fee is required by each person on the team, including managers. If your child is a multi-sport athlete, a booster will need to be purchased per sport.
- Levels of membership participation will be established to fund the Parent Booster Club.
- The levels and benefits of membership can be found below, and purchases can be made by following the link below.

|
|
Established in 2012, The Antonian Athletic Hall of Fame seeks to honor those individuals who distinguished themselves in athletic competition or in endeavors in support of Antonian athletics. Those chosen for induction into the Antonian Athletic Hall of Fame have influenced our community in athletics, academics, and service while at Antonian and well beyond their graduation. Each year, Antonian College Preparatory High School celebrates the achievements of this select group of inductees along with fellow alumni, friends, and family at the Hall of Fame Dinner.
Congratulations to this year's inductees. Click on an inductee's name to purchase tickets.

Hours of Operation
Tailgate Opens: 3 hours prior to kickoff (4:00 p.m.)
Tailgate Closes: Tailgaters will have until 11:00 p.m. to exit after the conclusion of all home games.
Parking
All tailgate ticket holders may enter the black gates located on Fox Hall Lane closest to the baseball fields for pick-up and drop-off of belongings only. Motorized vehicles are not allowed to park in the tailgate area. An Antonian employee will be available from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to help transport supplies via an Antonian utility vehicle from the black gates to the tailgate area. Ticket holders must unload supplies and promptly move their vehicles. Vehicles are not permitted in the tailgating area.
Tailgating Packages and Tickets
All tailgating spots are located in the grassy area behind the scoreboard. Tailgate ticket holders will be able to select their reserved tailgate spot at the time of purchase. ONLY in the case of a sell-out of the first reserved area will the baseball home dugout/creek area be used as overflow for tailgating. Due to limited space, tents larger than 10’ x 10’ are not permitted. All guests, whether in the stadium or tailgating area, must be ticketed guests.
Tailgating spots will go on sale on August 9, 2021, and run through August 13, 2021. Spaces along the fence line will start at $600, and spaces along the backside of the tailgating area will start at $400. Tailgating spaces will run through a bidding process through One Cause. The bidding process will allow the entire community to have an equitable opportunity to purchase a tailgate space.
*Please note, the link cannot be accessed until August 9, 2021.

Grilling
Gas and charcoal grills (for cooking only) are permitted. Charcoal embers and trash must be disposed of in the proper respective receptacles in the tailgate area. All fires must be extinguished by 7:00 p.m. to prevent smoke from impacting gameplay. Owners assume all responsibility associated with their grills. Families should bring their own lantern/lighting. There will be NO access to power.
Alcohol and Tobacco Policy
Antonian is an alcohol, tobacco, weapon, and drug-free campus.
Antonian Administration reserves the right to remove anyone from the tailgate area and revoke their privilege if they fail to comply.
Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, the tailgate will be canceled. No refunds will be made.
Handicapped Parking
There are spaces for handicapped parking located in the reserved parking lot on the south side of the home stands and also in front of the concession stand. These spaces are limited in number and so are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may access the tailgate area via the home side of the track.
General Parking
General parking is available in the gym lot, teacher lot, Pettit Center lot, Holy Spirit lot, and concession area. Vehicles are not permitted to park on Fox Hall Lane, tailgate drop-off area, or tailgate area.
