In light of the announcement that San Antonio will enter a "shelter in place" protocol effective at 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24th, Antonian staff would like to ensure that all students who need materials/devices from campus be able to obtain these items before the "shelter in place" protocol goes into effect.
Our additional order of Chromebooks has arrived and staff are ready to distribute them. Please know that if you/your student is enrolled in one or more AP course(s), preliminary information we are receiving from the College Board indicates that it would be GREATLY beneficial for our AP students to have an Antonian-issued Chromebook for possible testing options. So, even if you have your own equipment at this time, we are encouraging all AP students to pick up an Antonian-issued Chromebook through this process. We have sufficient quantities for this and for other students who do not have adequate devices of their own. If you have any questions, please contact Kurt Nowak, Director of Technology, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The staff have identified approximately 50-60 students who have not yet collected their locker contents or did not clear their lockers completely. It is important to note that Tuesday, March 24th will be the last day to collect these items. Staff have placed all locker contents into individual boxes and these boxes MUST be picked up tomorrow.
No students or parents will be permitted to enter the building; instead, receipt of items, whether Chromebook or locker contents, will occur through a drive-through process in the driveway in front of the main building. Hours of operation of the drive-through for pick-up will be: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, March 24th. In order to avoid long lines, students/parents are asked to sign-up for an appointment time using the following link:
