Summer Reading Suggestions
Snow Falling
By: Jane Gloriana Villanueva

Suggested by: Gabriella Peterson (12th)

Theme: Reconnect

Summary: This book was about a perseverant and independent woman named Josephine who is very determined to achieve her goals and be the best woman she can be in early 1900s Miami. She has a relationship with a man named Martin Cadden, but throughout the book, the relationship is handed its fair share of obstacles. These obstacles and circumstances cause Josephine and Martin to lose trust in one another. The book's storyline has the two partners come back to one another to reconnect and rekindle the love they have always had in their hearts for one another.

Take Away: I learned from reading this book that obstacles and hard times never break that true love; true love withstands all and is entirely given with wholehearted trust and commitment.
Parent Questions
Q: Can you provide information for parking permits?

A: Information regarding student parking forms will be provided in the August Back To School Newsletter. Students should be prepared to present copies of their vehicle insurance and driver's license. Parking fees are $50.00 and will be available for purchase beginning in August.

Verification of Enrollment Forms (VOE)

On occasion throughout the summer, students need to obtain Verification of Enrollment (VOE) forms in order to pursue driver's licenses. In order to plan for an issuing Administrator to be able to offer this to a student in light of our reduced summer office hours (Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. | Closed on Friday), we have established a request link for students to use. An issuing Administrator will check this link daily (M-F) and will reach out to the student to schedule a time to pick up their form. We do not issue the form electronically.

The Athletic Department has officially rolled over the calendar in Rank One Parent Portal from the 2020-2021 school year to the 2021-2022 school year.

Parents can now begin to log in to the Rank One Parent Portal to upload their child's information. Please see our website for more details.

Please make sure you upload your child's physical to Rank One. If your child attended Antonian's physical day on May 8, 2021, Coach Halaba will input his/her physical for you. Physicals are good for one year.

Please sign the electronic forms and upload your child's physical on Rank One.

Along with signing the electronic forms and physical upload on Rank One, if your child is playing football, we will need the 2021-2022 Football Waiver form filled out and a copy of his insurance card. The Football Waiver and information can be found by clicking the link "Rank One Information" after this block.

If your child is a transfer student and/or an international student for the 2021-2022 school year, there are a few additional forms that will need to be completed. Contact Coach Halaba by email to obtain the required information.
