Progress Reports Available Soon

Progress reports will be available to view in FACTS on Monday, November 17. We encourage parents to take a moment to review their child’s grades and discuss progress together. If you have any questions or concerns regarding grades, please reach out directly to the appropriate teachers for clarification or support.

Senior Acceptances

Senior parents, please encourage your students to share copies of all college acceptances and scholarship offers with their counselor. We proudly display these achievements on the Acceptance Wall in the senior hallway—and we can’t wait to see it filled with our seniors’ success stories!

Upcoming This Week

APACHE LIFE

Our next Apache Life Night will be held on Tuesday, November 19 at 6:30 PM in the Cafeteria. This monthly youth group night is open to all grade levels and is a wonderful opportunity for students to grow in faith, gratitude, and community.

This month’s theme is “Gratitude”, and the evening will be filled with faith, fun, and fellowship as we head into the Thanksgiving season.

For planning purposes, students are asked to RSVP using the Google Form sent to their email or by scanning the QR codes on flyers around campus.

We look forward to seeing your students there!

Fundraisers

APACHE BASEBALL FUNDRAISER

APACHE THEATRE FUNDRAISER

The Apache Theatre program is excited to relaunch our Theatre Legacy Fundraiser!

Honor any Antonian student, family, or alumni with a name plaque on your selected seat in the Steve A. Hernandez Auditorium.

Business Office Information

FACTS Tuition Agreement

Please log in to your FACTS Family Portal on a regular basis to review your scheduled payment plan. FACTS is our automated system, it provides payment reminders and change notifications. Please review the emailed FACTS notification you receive.

Please email the business office staff, businessoffice@antonian.org, if you need to update the scheduled payment date. Please allow 72 business hours before the scheduled payment date in order for the change to take effect. Once the bank file is released, we are unable to stop the payment from processing.

If updating your financial account on file, please allow 72 business hours for the change to take effect. Make sure your updated financial account is the primary account.

The business office staff will reach out to parents in reference to a Tuition Payment being returned. The FACTS system will automatically access a $25.00 Antonian late fee and a $30.00 FACTS return fee.

The business office staff is here to help. We want to eliminate the fees as much as possible, please contact our office, businessoffice@antonian.org.

2026/2027 Grant & Aid Application

The FACTS Grant & Aid application opens December 1, 2025 for the 2026/2027 school year. Hope for the Future and Antonian utilize this application for awarding financial assistance to families. We encourage all families to apply, there is a $45.00 application fee.

The Grant & Aid application will open December 1, 2025 and will close on June 30, 2026. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.

Hope for the Future Tuition Assistance Program

The Hope for the Future (HFF) Tuition Assistance Program is designed for families and students currently enrolled or applying for the next school year in any Catholic school, grades K-12, in the Archdiocese of San Antonio. A family must apply each year through FACTS Grant and Aid Application to qualify for financial assistance. Each year, awards are offered to Kinder-12th grade students based on available funding. These awards are given to offset current tuition costs for families. Awards are determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to family income, expenses and family size. All students attending Kinder-12th grade in a Catholic school within the Archdiocese of San Antonio are eligible to apply.

Antonian Financial Assistance

Antonian directly provides need-based tuition assistance to enrolled students prioritized by financial need and available funding. Funds are applied directly to the respective student’s tuition account. Funding does not automatically carry forward each year—an application must be submitted for each subsequent year of enrollment.
