FACTS Tuition Agreement
Please log in to your FACTS Family Portal on a regular basis to review your scheduled payment plan. FACTS is our automated system, it provides payment reminders and change notifications. Please review the emailed FACTS notification you receive.
Please email the business office staff, businessoffice@antonian.org, if you need to update the scheduled payment date. Please allow 72 business hours before the scheduled payment date in order for the change to take effect. Once the bank file is released, we are unable to stop the payment from processing.
If updating your financial account on file, please allow 72 business hours for the change to take effect. Make sure your updated financial account is the primary account.
The business office staff will reach out to parents in reference to a Tuition Payment being returned. The FACTS system will automatically access a $25.00 Antonian late fee and a $30.00 FACTS return fee.
The business office staff is here to help. We want to eliminate the fees as much as possible, please contact our office, businessoffice@antonian.org.

Hope for the Future Tuition Assistance Program
The Hope for the Future (HFF) Tuition Assistance Program is designed for families and students currently enrolled or applying for the next school year in any Catholic school, grades K-12, in the Archdiocese of San Antonio. A family must apply each year through FACTS Grant and Aid Application to qualify for financial assistance. Each year, awards are offered to Kinder-12th grade students based on available funding. These awards are given to offset current tuition costs for families. Awards are determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to family income, expenses and family size. All students attending Kinder-12th grade in a Catholic school within the Archdiocese of San Antonio are eligible to apply.
Antonian Financial Assistance
Antonian directly provides need-based tuition assistance to enrolled students prioritized by financial need and available funding. Funds are applied directly to the respective student’s tuition account. Funding does not automatically carry forward each year—an application must be submitted for each subsequent year of enrollment.
