Progress reports will be viewable in FACTS on Monday, September 15. Please go over the grades with your child and reach out directly to their teachers with questions.

One of the cheers you will hear at our games repeats the phrase “We are fired up!” Based on the energy in the building today, that was definitely true. And I must say, after running into ACP teaching legends Patrick Bray and Hal Jennings who were back for an early morning visit, I felt the same way.

And speaking of fired up, the 24 hour period of the Big Give is around the corner (6pm Sept 17 - 6pm Sept 18) and early donating has already begun! See details below for more information including chances to double your donation, qualify for some exciting perks, and unlock fun prizes for individual grad levels!

100% of funds raised through this year’s Big Give will go towards new school buses. We’re trying to raise nearly $250,000 to replace two in our aging fleet. Some of them have been in service for 25 years! It’s time to give big to a great cause at a crucial time. Let’s bring it home, Apaches!

Wishing you a blessed weekend,

Gabriel Duarte

The Big Give

Antonian is excited to participate in The Big Give 2025, and this year we are raising funds to support new buses for our students. These buses are essential in helping us continue providing safe, reliable transportation for field trips, athletic events, and daily travel.

Early giving is already open, and we invite our families, alumni, and friends to join us in making an impact. Every gift—big or small—helps drive Antonian’s future forward. Together, we can reach our goal!

The official start of The Big Give 2025 is Wednesday, September 17 at 6:00 p.m. - Thursday, September 18 at 6:00 p.m. Let's keep pushing to hit our goal!

Faith and Community

Service Opportunity

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul Southwest Texas invites all ACP students, faculty, and our school community to take part in an exciting event that supports neighbors in need.

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a volunteer-led organization dedicated to feeding, housing, clothing, and advocating for those in our community. Each year, they provide more than $10 million in assistance to neighbors in need—and they do it with the support of just one major fundraising event: the annual Run for Thy Neighbor 5K Walk & Run!

 When: Saturday, September 27, 2025

 Where: The Greenline at Brooks

This 5K brings together families, schools, and community members for a day of fitness, fun, and compassion. Proceeds from the run will directly support the mission of serving those in need.

Two great ways to get involved:

Volunteer: Students, faculty, and staff can sign up as volunteers (spirit shirts encouraged—there will be media coverage on site!).

 Volunteer sign-up: svdpsa.org/5k-run

Spread the word: For 153 years, SVdP Southwest Texas has served humbly. By sharing this event, you help expand their mission of charity and invite others to walk or run with them.

Let’s show our Apache spirit by supporting this wonderful cause!

Altar Linens - Volunteers Needed

We Need Your Help!

We would like to ask for the help of parents in caring for our Altar linens. With Mass being celebrated every week, we go through quite a few linens. Depending on how many volunteers we have, we plan to organize a rotating schedule to make it easier for everyone involved.

If you are interested in assisting us in this way, please reach out to Ms. Alban at aalban@antonian.org.

Thank you for considering this important service to our community!
