Attendance
Parents,

As a reminder, we have begun the 3rd quarter and with that begins the new attendance model you selected during our fall survey.

This means those students who selected 4-day attendance are expected to be on campus during the 4 days of instruction (Monday through Friday), those students who selected to remain on the 2-day attendance model (following their fall hybrid grouping) are expected to continue to be present on campus during their red or white days.

Because we intend to begin to re-establish stability in attendance patterns, it is important to note that students no longer have the ability to "flex in" and flex out" as they choose. If you have any questions, please reach out to us immediately.
Report Cards
Report cards are now available for download from the student grade portal. In order to be environmentally conscious, we do not print or mail report cards.

We strongly encourage you to sign in and view your child(ren)'s report card(s) and if you wish to keep a copy for your personal records, then take this opportunity to download the file(s) to do so.

If you are unable to login, please send an email to our Registrar, Laura Rodriguez at lrodriguez@antonian.org.
Donations Still Needed
Sophomore parents,

It's time for our monthly Faculty

We are in need of volunteers to sign up for the food items listed in the following signup link below.

All items should be delivered to the front porch of the school by 7:15 a.m. on January 19th, 2021.

Sincerely,
The Members of the Antonian Faculty Appreciation Committee

  •  2021-2022 Grant & Aid Applications are now open: If you would like to be considered for financial assistance for the 2021-2022 academic year, we encourage you to file an application early. Both Hope for the Future and Antonian use the same application, so no need to apply multiple times! Please keep in mind that only completed applications are reviewed. Use the following information to assist you.
2020-2021 Tuition Past Due Balances

  • Past Due Balances and Missed Payments: Tuition is due on the 5th of every month, unless other arrangements have been made. Past due balances and missed payments have an impact on the cash resources used to meet our financial obligations. It is Antonian's policy that a past due balance cannot be carried more than 60 days and missed or unsuccessful payments are subject to late or return fees that can not be waived, so please plan accordingly. Again, if you have experienced or are experiencing a financial hardship, please work directly with our Business Office staff as soon as possible.

Antonian Baseball Information
Attention ACP baseball players and parents! The first baseball practice is scheduled for Monday, January 18th and it is time to get the field ready for play.

There will be a scheduled workday on Saturday, January 16th for players and parents/family members to work on the baseball field. Please come by the field at 9:00 a.m. With everyone's help, we typically have been done by noon.

There are some rakes but we recommend bringing work gloves, shovels, hoes, edgers, etc. if you have them. Thank you in advance for pitching in to help get our field in great shape for the season. We are excited to have practice begin the week of the 18th!!

There will be more baseball information forthcoming as well as the date for the first Baseball Booster Club meeting via Zoom.
Antonian Softball Tryouts
Academic Support Fridays
We will host another Academic Support Friday this week. We have seen much success and overall student grade average improvement during the first semester for those students who take advantage of this program.

If your child is in need of additional help, please attend the Academic Support Friday this Friday, January 15th from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Thrively Assessments
Dear parents,

Thrively is a new program that was introduced to our students in December. This program is here to help your child find the right career path and help them develop the skills and experiences based on how God made them. With our seniors deciding their college majors and future careers and our freshmen, sophomores, and juniors deciding their course selection in just a few weeks, this program can help!

Assessment Guides:
Students have already been setup in the program and are not required to signup nor do they need an invite code.

Instructions:

In order to find the unfinished assessments:
  • Click "My Digital Portfolio"
  • Scroll down and they may find the prompt to complete them

Many students (approx. 182) have already begun to complete a variety of lessons and journals that they have found helpful for them. If your child has completed all the assessments, please encourage them (and join them) to explore all the different features this program has to offer. Thank you so much for your partnership.
Mid-Year Transcripts
Parents,

Students do not need to request mid-year college transcripts. The counselors will send all mid-year transcripts out by Wednesday, January 13th.

Please allow up to three (3) weeks for the universities to upload materials into individual student accounts.
ACP Theater: Flapper - A Madcap Musical Comedy Tribute
We are so excited that the Antonian Theatre Department is back in action, and we will be hosting their first musical of the season! Due to COVID, we are doing this production as the "Reintroduction to Theatre" musical, not dinner theatre. Seating will be socially distanced and served on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tickets will be priced as followed:
$10 adults
$5 students
Paid at the door
ACP Theater: Commemorative Name Plate

There are still plenty of spaces for families to purchase a commemorative nameplate in Antonian's Hernandez Auditorium in honor of a student, a friend, or a family. By purchasing a nameplate, you are supporting the Antonian Theater Department and providing your child(ren) long-lasting recognition of their years at Antonian.

Seat plaques are priced as follows:
$300 for Middle Section Seats
$200 for Side Seats
$100 for the Back Seats

Click the link to pick your seat and
provide a copy of your plaque.

Antonian Fund the Need and Tuition Raffle Remains Open
Thank you to our generous parents for making the 11th Annual Heritage Gala such a success so far! Your gifts will continue to provide an excellent education for our students.

While we always appreciate your support of Antonian, we appreciate it even more this year since we were unable to come together in person for the Gala. We reimagined our signature fundraising event and tried to replicate our program through a series of events throughout the year to ensure everyone still has the opportunity to participate in fundraising elements safely from the comfort of their own home.
Tuition raffle ticket purchases and Fund the Need donations can still be made by visiting this link below.

Faculty Highlight: Mr. Jordan Haynes
We are honored that our Band Director, Jordan Haynes, started his journey with Antonian this school year.

A graduate of the University of North Texas, Jordan has committed himself to the music education.

His ability to foster growth and passion in our students is seen through our band program.

This program, under his leadership, has much promise as we continue to encourage our students to join regardless of their musical abilities.

We look forward to the delayed concert we will be hosting on January 29th and are confident it will be "music to our ears."
