Parents,
This month, we celebrate and acknowledge Black History Month and those who continue to contribute to positive change in our community. As a Catholic School, we are called to love one another as Christ has loved us.
This month gives us an opportunity to reflect on those standards and goals. May we all take a moment to lift one another up as we push through these unique times.
There is new information below, and we are here to be of service. As always our prayers to you and yours.
Blessings,
Mason Finch
Director of Communications

Attendance Preferences for 3rd Quarter
We remind parents that the attendance preferences selected for your children remain in effect for the 3rd quarter. With this, students whose parents selected two day or four day in-person attendance are expected to be on campus on their selected days. We are finding that many students who are expected on campus are choosing to connect remotely at their own discretion. While this is understandable if a student is under necessary quarantine and encouraged if a student is ill, barring these circumstances, students are expected to be on campus on their assigned days. We ask parents to partner with us in ensuring expected in-person attendance.
Re-Enrollment
Antonian maintains a streamlined re-enrollment process by which your child is automatically re-enrolled for the following school year unless you inform us by a specific date that your child will not be returning.
In keeping with this, we assume that all students are re-enrolling unless a parent/guardian informs us in writing that their child is not returning by Friday, April 9, 2021. Given this, all family FACTS tuition accounts will be charged a $400 re-enrollment fee (per student) on Tuesday, April 20, 2021. Please note this re-enrollment fee is non-refundable.
Antonian maintains detailed student and family records based on information you have provided to us on previous enrollment forms. This information will carry forward to the next school year. Should you need to update any student record information including parent contact information or emergency contact information at any time throughout the year, please use the "Parent/Guardian Contact Form" that is located on our website (under the tab "Current Families").

2020-2021 Tuition Past Due Balances
-
Past Due Balances and Missed Payments for Seniors: In order to clear seniors for graduation, school policy requires all financial obligations on campus be paid in full by May 14th. Exceptions are not made to this policy, so we kindly ask that you plan accordingly to ensure your senior is cleared to receive his/her graduation cap and gown.
-
Past Due Balances and Missed Payments: Tuition is due on the 5th of every month unless other arrangements have been made. Past due balances and missed payments have an impact on the cash resources used to meet our financial obligations. It is Antonian's policy that a past due balance cannot be carried more than 60 days and missed or unsuccessful payments are subject to late or return fees that can not be waived, so please plan accordingly. Again, if you have experienced or are experiencing financial hardship, please work directly with our Business Office staff as soon as possible.

2021-2022 Course Selection Process Reminder
|
|
On Monday, February 8th, your child(ren) received their digital course card from Ms. Mason Finch via their school email accounts.
Our goal is to complete this process and have all requests entered into the system by spring break.
If a student selects a class that does not match his/her endorsements or for which he/she is not eligible, a counselor will contact the student individually via email, Google Hangout, or Zoom meeting to discuss alternate options.

In Thrively, students may earn badges for their participation. The graphic explains what each graphic stands for.
Mrs. Hernandez has provided a graphic that continues to provide our community helpful ways to utilize Thrively.

Faculty Highlight: Mrs. Flores
|
|
|
Mrs. Flores has been changing lives for over 16 years. A passionate Theology teacher, Mrs. Flores is also a solid fixture at many of our sporting events. She has been a positive force for many of our students.
Mrs. Flores has served as the moderator for our Apache Life organization for many years. Apache Life is an organization through which students gather so that they can grow closer to Jesus Christ through prayer and activities. Student leaders, under Mrs. Flores's guidance, encourage their fellow students to become involved in the various activities to develop a bond between one another.
Last summer, Mrs. Flores got married and we wish her and her family many continued blessings. We thank her for the dedication and focus that she provides our students through the various extracurricular activities. It is educators like her that make our community so special.
