Parents,
As a reminder, we have begun the 3rd quarter and with that begins the new attendance model you selected during our fall survey.
This means those students who selected 4-day attendance are expected to be on campus during the 4 days of instruction (Monday through Thursday), those students who selected to remain on the 2-day attendance model (following their fall hybrid grouping) are expected to continue to be present on campus during their red or white days.
Because we intend to begin to re-establish stability in attendance patterns, it is important to note that students no longer have the ability to "flex in" and flex out" as they choose. If you have any questions, please reach out to us immediately.

As a friendly reminder, Antonian is a closed campus which means that students are not permitted to leave without permission nor are student guests permitted on campus during the school day.
This policy is instituted to protect the physical safety of our students. Due to the need to limit visitors to the campus, we have suspended the practice of parents bringing and leaving food in the front office for their children during the school day.
We kindly, ask that students either plan to bring lunch with them when they arrive on campus in the morning or purchase lunch offered by our food service provider, Luby’s.

Both Hope for the Future and Antonian use the same application, so no need to apply multiple times! Please keep in mind that only completed applications are reviewed. 2020-2021 Tuition Past Due Balances

Past Due Balances and Missed Payments: Tuition is due on the 5th of every month, unless other arrangements have been made. Past due balances and missed payments have an impact on the cash resources used to meet our financial obligations. It is Antonian's policy that a past due balance cannot be carried more than 60 days and missed or unsuccessful payments are subject to late or return fees that can not be waived, so please plan accordingly. Again, if you have experienced or are experiencing a financial hardship, please work directly with our Business Office staff as soon as possible.

Wine Pull and Tuition Raffle Is Open

Only 101 bottles of wine will be sold! Purchasers will pick up their bottle of wine at Antonian between March 22-26, 2021. Purchasers will choose a playing card from a deck of cards and win the bottle with the corresponding card. Bottles are valued between $50 and $150. One bottle is valued at over $400.
The gift card pull for two (2) $500 gift cards will be held on April 1, 2021, at 7:00 pm on Facebook live (location to be announced.) The tuition raffle winner will be selected immediately following the Wine Pull. No need to be present to win either. Catholic Schools Week
We will begin celebrating Catholic Schools Week on Monday, February 1st. We want to showcase our community during this celebrated week and we kindly ask for your participation. Baseball tryouts will be conducted the week of January 18th at the baseball field.
Any student wishing to participate in tryouts will have to be cleared through RankOne. If you have any questions, contact Coach Halaba for more information.

We will host another Academic Support Friday this week. We have seen much success and overall student grade average improvement during the first semester for those students who take advantage of this program.

Dear parents,
Thrively is a new program that was introduced to our students in December. This program is here to help your child find the right career path and help them develop the skills and experiences based on how God made them. With our seniors deciding their college majors and future careers and our freshmen, sophomores, and juniors deciding their course selection in just a few weeks, this program can help!

This pep rally will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Our students are invited to join the fun at the Antonian Football Stadium.

ACP Theater: Flapper - A Madcap Musical Comedy Tribute

We are so excited that the Antonian Theatre Department is back in action, and we will be hosting their first musical of the season! Due to COVID, we are doing this production as the "Reintroduction to Theatre" musical, not dinner theatre. Seating will be socially distanced and served on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tickets will be priced as followed:

There are still plenty of spaces for families to purchase a commemorative nameplate in Antonian's Hernandez Auditorium in honor of a student, a friend, or a family. By purchasing a nameplate, you are supporting the Antonian Theater Department and providing your child(ren) long-lasting recognition of their years at Antonian.

Request: Prayers for Cheer Coach, Brandi Morkovsky and her family. Her daughter, Amy, who will turn 3 in March is fighting acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

They are low on O negative and little Amy continues to need blood transfusions. Her family would appreciate any blood donations! Continued prayers for Amy and her family.

This week, we honor Antonian sophomore, Laura Farmer. Her submission was sent to us and we thank her for being representative of what this standard means.
"Regardless of setbacks and challenges, Laura has persevered to complete all of her schoolwork and service hours.
I have never had to remind her to start or finish any of her work and often come home to find her working on a Latin project in the garage or typing up a homework assignment.
The pandemic and resulting quarantines have created several challenges, but Laura has persevered and kept her grades up and homework turned in on time. I am so proud of her! She is a real go-getter!"

Yesterday, our Silver Dancers competed with grace and were honored with second place, as they showcased their talent and determination at the 2021 TAPPS State Dance Championships.
We are so proud of the dedication these ladies have in bringing spirit to our school, especially during this pandemic. Special congratulations to the following ladies on their All-State selections:

Faculty Highlight: Mrs. Laura Rodriguez
|

We have all heard the phrase, "There is no 'I' in team" and no one understands that more than Mrs. Laura Rodriguez (Coach Rod). As a former coach, she understands that it takes a team effort for a school to be successful, and she is an important member of the team.
Coach Rod has been with Antonian for 24 years. Her commitment to our students is spent on a technical end, as she maintains the digital records of all student coursework and grades. Her years of experience serve her well in her role as Registar.
We could not be more grateful for her continuous commitment to our community, as she accomplishes the vital day-to-day tasks needed to help Antonian stay successful.
