State Payment Rates: The New York Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) has released new market rates for child care vouchers. The rates are a major increase for family child care educators in NYC – in some cases, more than 50% higher than the old rates! This would not have been possible without the work that you did to raise your voice and demand child care funding from our state – YOU DID THIS!

We still do not know how or when ACS plans to implement the new rate structure. Please continue to keep an eye out for emails from OCFS and ACS with more information.
