EXHIBITOR SERVICE MANUAL

The exhibitor service manual is now live. User IDs and passwords were sent by email mid-January. If you did not receive your welcome letter with your login, please contact your assigned Exhibitor Care Representative.

EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY LISTING — Deadline March 11

Attendees use this information to see who is exhibiting and learn more about products and services on the conference website and in the mobile app.

Step 1 — Complete your Exhibitor Directory Listing

Log into the Map Your Show Exhibitor Portal to add your company's address, website, company description and social media accounts.

Step 2 — Upload your logo to the Exhibitor Portal

Log into the Cvent Exhibitor Portal, click on "Exhibitor Profile" from the overview screen and then "Options" in the upper right corner to upload your logo. Make sure to click "Save" in the lower right corner prior to exiting the screen.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE — Deadline March 11

All exhibitors must carry general liability coverage from an insurance company. Click here for more information. Upload your Certificate of Insurance to the Map Your Show Exhibitor Portal.

HOUSING — Discount Deadline March 14

A special block of hotel rooms has been secured for AONL 2024 attendees and exhibitors within walking distance of Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

REGISTRATION — Deadline March 22

Exhibitor registration is now open. The deadline to register booth staff is March 22. Click here to access the site.
