    Prayer Requests:

For a Cure and a Vaccine for COVID-19.

For the health of our Global Economy!

For all Seafarers who are stuck onboard ship due to the Coronavirus. For their families and colleagues.

For all those suffering from COVID-19, on land or at sea. May God's Healing and Mercy be granted to them.

For Port Chaplains, Seafarer Welfare Agents, Lay Ecclesial Ministers, and Seafarers' Centers during this outbreak. Many have had to close their doors for now, perhaps even furloughing workers, as most seafarers are not being allowed off ship for their own protection. May God protect their ministries so that they are able to re-open and serve once the virus has been subdued.

For all seafarers, on land and at sea. Those who have jobs with long hours, and those who are struggling to find work.

Please pray for all AOS Port Chaplains and Port Chaplains of all Faith Backgrounds. That each will be true workers in the vineyard.

Please pray for all of our retired Port Chaplains, Cruise Ship Priests and Mariners.

For all the volunteers and supporters of the mission of the Apostleship of the Sea, AOS-USA, and Maritime Ministry.

Prayer for the Cause of
Capt. LaRue/Brother Marinus

God, our Father, Creator of the seas, Protector of refugees, and all those in need,
You called Captain Leonard LaRue to recognize Your Son Jesus Christ in the faces of the Korean refugees, and led him as Brother Marinus to a life of prayer and service in the tradition of St. Benedict.

May his life be an inspiration to us, and lead us to greater confidence in Your love so that we may continue his work of caring for the people of the sea, welcoming those who are refugees from war, and deepening all the faithful in their prayer and work of service.

We humbly ask that you glorify your servant Captain Leonard LaRue/Brother Marinus on earth according to the design of your holy will. Through Christ our Lord.

AMEN
