The APAP|NYC+ 2023 Showcase Listings System is now open!
Create your listing(s) now.
Dear APAP showcasers,

It's time to create your showcase listings for the APAP|NYC+ 2023 conference!

The showcase listings are the easiest way to promote your in-person or online performance showcase(s) at APAP|NYC+ 2023. Showcase listings will live on the online conference platform, Swapcard, and provide information about the artists, date, time, and location of showcases, as well as how attendees can RSVP for in-person showcases or watch online showcases.
How do I get started?
Please review these important instructions to help you complete your listing(s):

  • If you have already purchased your listing(s), you should have just received an email from APAP with instructions on how to login. For those who have previously used Time.ly for APAP|NYC+ showcases, please login with the email address and password you had previously set up. You may request a new password through the system, if you like. If you have not previously used Time.ly for showcases, please click “Sign In” on this page. Then click “Sign Up” on the pop-up page. Enter an email address and password. The email address should be the same one you used for your APAP|NYC+ 2023 conference registration.

  • For in-person showcases, be sure to set your time zone to New York City.

  • We've recently expanded our Categories (disciplines and genres) and Tags (in-person, online, new work, etc.) options. Be sure to review them and add them to your event, so that the attendees who are interested in your artists and works can find you!

  • You may now also make "RSVP required" or "tickets required" for your in-person showcase.

  • You may use the "Online showcase URL" to provide a link to your livestreamed or pre-recorded showcase. In-person showcasers may use this for an artist video.

  • Online showcasers! If you are listing a pre-recorded showcase, you may list it for one date/its premiere date only. Online showcase listings will remain available for replay.

  • APAP reserves the right to edit showcase settings to guarantee they conform to listing guidelines.

  • The showcase listings will go live to conference registrants on November 17, 2022.

  • Showcase listings may continue to be purchased, created and edited until January 6, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. (EST).
I need to edit my showcase listing, how can I do that?

Showcasers may edit showcase listings by contacting the customer support team at Time.ly. If you would like to edit your showcase listing(s), please follow these instructions:

  1. Email [email protected] with your request.
  2. Flag that this is for the APAP|NYC+ 2023 Showcase Calendar.
  3. Note the name of your submission.
  4. List the changes you would like made.
  5. Submit your request.

Have a question about something not related to editing your showcase listing? Please reach out to [email protected].

When and where will the listings be available to view?

The showcase listing system is now open for you to add your listings. The listings themselves will go live for conference registrants to view beginning November 17 on the Swapcard platform. While you may continue to add showcase listings after this time, we encourage you to keep this date in mind so that your showcase gets maximum exposure.

In an effort to reduce waste and keep the conference affordable, this year's showcase listings will be accessible via your computer, tablet or phone only. There will not be a printed guide.
We can't wait to return to New York and to an in-person conference!

We hope to see you there.

Sincerely,
The APAP Team
