Freshfield Modification Appeal

Arnold Preservation Council has filed an appeal for the approval of Freshfields Modification # 17133, regarding forest conservation.

The board reviewed this one, and the two other modifications submitted. APC submitted a letter to the Office of Planning & Zoning expressing our desire for the modification to be denied. However, all three modifications were approved. The board and several APC members reviewed the documents and the board voted to appeal. It should be noted, APC has not submitted an appeal since we were incorporated 24 years ago. It is our goal to work with the developer to the best of our ability, and in the best interest of our membership without going to court.
