Earlier this month APCT announced the completion of the acquisition of Advanced Circuits, Inc., and its affiliates (“ACI”), making APCT the second largest Printed Circuit Board manufacturer in North America.
What this acquisition means for our customers is a tremendous variety of PCB solutions!
Capacity and Capability of Standard to Advanced Technologies, Lead Times that are Best in Class, Upfront Engineering Support, and Offshore Program Management. APCT brings to the ACI customer base its expertise in Advanced HDI technologies, Flex & Rigid Flex technologies, and Global Program Management.
ACI will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of APCT and all ACI sites will retain their existing legal entity name, and Employer Tax Identification Numbers.
APCT and ACI will accept RFQ’s and Purchase Orders at all sites, and remittance information will remain the same as is currently in place.
