The long-awaited update to Arizona’s Boundary Survey Minimum Standards has reached the finish line!

The Arizona State Board of Technical Registration’s Notice of Final Rulemaking was published in the Arizona Administrative Register on September 25, 2026. As part of this update, the standards were moved from statute and incorporated directly into Arizona Administrative Code R4-30-305.

Effective Date: November 1, 2026
