Both the APOMA General Meeting and the Apprenticeships Panel will be held on Wednesday, October 20:

  • New Optics Manufacturing Apprenticeship and insight about upcoming panel
  • Optics Quality Standard Progress
  • AmeriCOM authorization and status
  • Relevant International Trade Regulations
  • Proposed mentorship program

A lively panel discussion to address the needs and challenges of optics apprenticeships for the Optical Fabrication Industry. Funding is available for manufacturers that would like to participate, but the program expires in September of 2022. If you've been on the fence about an apprenticeship program at your facility - the time to act is NOW!

APOMA Members Support 20th Annual WNY Optics/Photonics Golf Tournament

Many thanks to our members for their generosity in supporting the 20th Annual WNY Optics and Photonics Golf Tournament! Final numbers are in-- this year’s tournament raised $10,256.48 for the Golisano Children’s Hospital in Rochester, NY!
