Coverage of APPNA Winter Meeting 2020 Highligthshead-2-aug2020
Lahore, Pakistan   December 23, 24 and 26, 2020

The 40th Annual APPNA Winter meeting was held in collaboration with KEMU and the Lahore Children's Hospital. This was the first of its kind, VIRTUAL MEETING, done in lieu of the usual live On-site meeting. It was a pleasant surprise that the meeting turned out to be much more successful than expected. In some ways, it was perceived by the participants as better than the live meetings.

The meeting was a purely educational event which offered 9 hours of Category I AMA CME credits. It was recorded and will be available on FB, YouTube and APPNA MERIT Webpage for 90 days ending March 26, 2021.

The theme of the meeting was understanding and knowing the INSIGHTS INTO THE RAMPANT COVID -19 PANDEMIC.

Saleem A. Khan, M.D.

(1st Day of Winter)

What you give, comes back to you.
No matter the shape or form
Because that is the law of nature.
Those who believe in giving
And do not expect any returns.
They, indeed, are the happiest people.
Share with others, anything you can,
It may be information they need
Or knowledge they can benefit from.
Listen to those who feel neglected
And offer them a shoulder to cry on
It is certainly an act of kindness and sharing.
Whenever you share with others,
It will increase your inner peace
Because sharing is real caring.
