“God Stories”
“God Stories” are great things that God does in our life, in our families and in our churches. God is fully alive and He is at work all around our county. Easter is a God Story of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ and our hope. John 11:25
God Stories: Sometimes it’s a miracle that He does. Sometimes it’s an answered prayer.
Perhaps we’ve prayed for a long time and there’s a great breakthrough or there’s a healing – a God story.
Sometimes a God story is something as simple as God working out all the details that we would often just call a coincidence but often it’s really a “God Wink”. God, just letting you know that He intervened into your daily life, He’s a part of your life and He has not forgotten you.
One of the things that we would like to start to do is have our churches share your “God stories” with us that we can publish in the newsletter as a regular column. So please send us your God Stories where you have seen God as work. missions@Lrba.net
We love to hear about things that God is doing in our association and in our churches and we would like to call them God’s stories. I know you have God‘s stories. I know there are miracles that have taken place. I know that there are people that have been saved and have incredible testimonies. I know that we’ve seen people healed from something. I know that we’ve seen God answer prayers that have been prayed for a long time.
Adopt a Neighborhood
Remember our “Adopt a Neighborhood” emphasis for this year. Easter is a great time to make a special outreach to the neighborhoods around your church.
Please “prayer walk” and invite your neighbors to come to your Easter services. This is one of the times that many people will come. We’ll be glad to give you more resources on how to do that.
You can just simply start by praying and inviting people to your church.

1. Pray for your FRANs
2. Invite them to your church and bring them with you
3. Share your testimony, your “God story” of what God has done in your life with them.
Spring Training Conference “Update” March 22 at Lillington Baptist
Many thanks to Lillington Baptist and all of the staff and volunteers. We had four wonderful breakout sessions with excellent speakers / presenters. We had over 80 people in attendance, including speakers and nursery workers. We received very positive comments regarding all four breakout sessions and each of the speakers that we had.
