September 2024 Board Meeting Roundup

The APRx Board met in Austin, Texas September 4-5 with President Laird Leavoy and the senior management team to discuss the organization’s strategic direction and to hear a range of APRx key department activities. Leavoy articulated to the Board strong successes on several fronts – including technological advancements to streamline how the sales team reviews store performance with members – and led the executive team in answering a variety of the Board’s questions. 

This meeting marked the first for new board members Sabrina Griggs and Russell Pelzel. Both took office on July 1, 2024. Sabrina and Russell joins current sitting Board members, Chairman Joe Ochoa, Vice Chairman Steve Hoffart, and Directors Alton Kanak, Grant Brown, Mark Vogler and Vance Oglesbee. The board will next convene in Knoxville, Tennessee in October for a strategy session and to connect with members from Tennessee and the surrounding area.
