For those members that have not considered assigning their DIR legal claims to the TRUST LLC, please read the following:
Due to a recent decision in a case, Osterhaus, et al. v. CVS, the TRUST LLC has decided that it will no longer accept assignment of CVS-related DIR legal claims after Friday, April 11, 2025.
Following Judge Tucci's Order in the Osterhaus care, the statute of limitations may be running on these claims, so the TRUST LLC will act quickly. After April 11, you can still assign legal claims to the TRUST LLC, but the assignment will cover only claims involving OptumRx, Humana, Prime and Express Scripts.
