A co-founder of Provider CSAO based in Fort Worth, Texas, Preston Cranford has a background in guiding pharmacies through the complexities of medical billing and helping them overcome barriers to build successful clinical practices. With a strong track record in getting pharmacists medically credentialed and contracted with commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid payers, his main focus has been on creating sustainable clinical service reimbursement models between Pharmacists and medical payers. Founding Provider CSAO in late 2022, we’re now proud to support pharmacists across 35 states.

Will Burnson is Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Provider CSAO. Raised in rural East Texas by pharmacist parents, where the pharmacy was often his only access to care, Will brings firsthand insight into pharmacy’s community impact. At Provider CSAO, he drives national expansion in direct medical contracting, helping independent pharmacies across 35 states secure new clinical revenue. Will’s focus: empowering pharmacies to be recognized and reimbursed for their essential care, advancing outcome-driven healthcare nationwide.
