APS Today

_____

Atlanta Public Schools had a great Day One, and we were thrilled to welcome you back for the start of the 2024-2025 school year!

Check out APS Today for a photo recap of Day One school visits.

We also celebrated Dr. Johnson's swearing-in ceremony, as he officially began his new role and worked on his 100 Day Plan.

Additionally, we shined a spotlight on our APS students who completed the final requirements they needed to graduate and participate in Summer Commencement.

High school football season begins next week, and three APS teams will begin the season in the annual Corky Kell Dave Hunter Classic!

Fill out the Communications Request Form and let us know the great things happening at your school so we can spread the good news.
