Pam has served as President for five years and has been a mentor, leader, and friend to many in the Academy. Pam's clear vision and focus have propelled the Academy to new heights. NEW ADMISSIONS NETWORK
First Event July 10th at 7 PM EST

The Admissions Network was recently created within the Academic Faculty SIG with the purpose of fostering discussion topics related to recruitment and holistic admissions in PT and PTA education. There will be an opportunity to network, share research and case studies, ask pertinent questions, and disseminate resources.

The first virtual event will be Monday July 10th at 7pm EST. There will be an introduction to the Network, brief announcements, a presentation, and Q&A/discussion.

Andrea Bowens, PT DPT PhD from Samford University will present findings from her recent dissertation in the area of holistic admissions.

GRANT WRITING & MENTORING IN EDUCATION RESEARCH (GAMER) WORKSHOP

This highly-interactive 4-day workshop provides participants with the expertise and support to be successful at the national level in obtaining funding for physical therapy education research.
