After the last few very tough months, battling the COVID-19 virus, seeing the heartbreaking racial and police tragedies and the resulting protests, and the unusual early storm activity, we FINALLY have some GOOD news to report!
I am very pleased to announce several great changes within the Ambassador Realty Corp. life! Meet our newest mascot, Molly, who will be Kelly’s best friend!
First, our website (

) has been totally revamped and now is connected with IDX, a program which allows you to see listings directly from the MLS. We also have added a feature that is very clever: if you want to see the listings in a particular building or community but do not know the address, you can put that information in a special form that we have created and all the listings will pop up for your review. For instance, if you want to see the listings at One City Plaza, or Breakers West, or The Biltmore of Palm Beach, all you have to do is type in the name of the building or community. Simple and SO efficient!

Second, I have the pleasure of introducing our new Operations Manager for the company. Her name is Brygida Trzaska and she originally hails from Poland. In 1989 she moved to the U.S. and settled in Chicago where she attended Loyola University. She moved to Florida in 1995 and for 22 years was the Office Manager of two real estate companies in Palm Beach. She speaks Polish, Russian and, of course, English!

Brygida is extremely familiar with all aspects of running a real estate company. She can help you with anything; listings, changes, both the RAPB and Palm Beach MLS, advertising, mailers, social media and more. She will be in charge of ALL of our social media platforms, so please call her if you would like to have your Facebook contacts “like” our Ambassador Realty Corp. Business Facebook page. The same concept works for our Constant Contact blasts. Please put together a list of the clients, buyers, sellers and others you know in the real estate world and they will be added to our Constant Contact Email List. If you have other ideas, call her and see if she can make them happen…I’m betting she can!

Third, it is with delight to introduce you to our newest Broker Associate, Elida Jacobson Justo. A New York native, Elida started her real estate career with developer M. J. Raynes overseeing projects such as the Corinthian (863 luxury condo units), Dalton on Greenwich-Tribeca (72 luxury units) and Three Lincoln Center, (347 luxury units) at Lincoln Center. From there she moved to The Trump Corporation where she worked on the Trump Parc and 100 Central park South projects.

She then moved on to be with the Sunshine Group, led by Louise Sunshine, and worked with The Related Companies in their development of One Central Park at Time Warner Center and The Chatham as well as The Park Imperial. She led the management team for Colony Capital in the conversion of the landmarked Mayfair Hotel and the Brodsky Organization where she led the sales team for Bridge Tower Place. She eventually became Director of Sales for the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. From there, she was Director of Sales for Extell Development Company which is noteworthy for their instituting co-ops at the famous Carlton House and 70 Charlton St. Through the years, Elida oversaw transactions in excess of $10 Billion, advised major development clients with sales, marketing, conversion projects and was included in the project design, amenities and competitive pricing of units in targeted major markets. Her expertise knows no bounds and Ambassador Realty Corp. is extremely proud to have Elida as our Residential and Commercial Relocation Specialist!

I urge you to PLEASE wear masks, be careful when you go out to restaurants and make sure there really is social distancing and in general, be especially aware of washing your hands and staying a good distance from other people. The statistics for Palm Beach County are rising every day and it is alarming! Please take this seriously and BE WELL AND BE SAFE!
