Sunshine and a new face have enriched the ARCC this summer. Elizabeth Eaton will be joining the ARCC staff as the new Virginia State Co-coordinator. Kandace Jones, the previous co-coordinator, has decided to resign from the ARCC to pursue new opportunities. Kandace will be greatly missed. We wish her the best!

West Virginia's Comprehensive Approach to STEM Education

West Virginia's State Department of Education, institutions of higher education, business and community members, STEM leaders across the state, and the ARCC are working together to implement a comprehensive approach to STEM education. Efforts will bring a more unified STEM experience for teachers and students throughout the state.

State and Local Tennessee Leaders Share Lessons Learned About Work-Based Learning

Representatives from the Tennessee State Department of Education, local education agencies, and Tennessee businesses discuss ways in which to strategically engage to implement work-based learning. Discussion topics include critical components, strategies, and partnership configuration models.
